Depuis quelques jours en effet, de nouveaux produits p\u00e2tissiers garnissent les vitrines du poste de vente, mais surtout du bar-restaurant du Centre Songha\u00ef \u00e0 Porto-Novo. Le personnel de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet&nbsp;par une volontaire de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Assistance Canadienne aux Organismes (SACO).<\/span><\/p>\n\n \n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Le transfert de comp\u00e9tence aura dur\u00e9 deux semaines, du 19 janvier au 03 f\u00e9vrier 2017. Une p\u00e9riode pendant laquelle, Ad\u00e9line Morisset s\u2019est sentie tr\u00e8s inspir\u00e9e par son environnement de travail. \u00ab&nbsp;J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 un personnel dynamique, d\u00e9gourdi et tr\u00e8s ouvert avec un background important&nbsp;; j\u2019ai eu droit aussi \u00e0 une diversit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res produites sur place qui m\u2019a beaucoup inspir\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb, confie l\u2019experte \u00e0 la fin de son s\u00e9jour au Centre Songha\u00ef Ouando \u00e0 Porto-Novo. <\/span><\/p>\n\n \n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">De nationalit\u00e9 Franco-canadienne, la volontaire SACO totalise d\u00e9j\u00e0 une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9e dans la profession.
