465 applications were received, 373 candidates have gone through the recruitment process and 170 youths were recruited. This is the report from the last recruitment held on all the Songhai sites in Benin. The successful candidates will begin their training on July 3rd 2017.
In Porto-Novo, it was under a pouring rain that the 282 who were on Songhai site in Ouando went through the physical endurance test. Under the watchful eye of the panel members, they weeded portions of land, and then proceeded on with the fertilization of the soil using compost. Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, June 7, 2017 were used for the written tests (mathematics, general knowledge) and an interview of each candidate. The results were published on Saturday June 10, 2017 with the successful candidates dispatched on Songhai sites in Porto-Novo, Parakou and Savalou.
