Three major stages as follows:
a- Understanding of the Songhaï integrated system and philosophy (2 months)
b- Becoming a leader and manager (2 months) :
- Understanding the functioning of the integrated production system
- Technical learning
- The philosophy of Songhaï development: value system, leadership, responsibility, ethics, common good, observation/innovation
- Environment and sustainable economic development
- Entrepreneurship/management
c- Field internship (2 months)
Trainees who successfully finish four months of training will spend two months in a field internship (apply for internship in a specific area).
Training venue: Songhai Regional Centre (Porto-Novo) and Songhai satellites centers in Benin
Duration: 4 months of training and 2 months of field internship
The fourth group begins training classes on the 15th January 2018
