SONGHAÏ TRAINING: VISION AND MISSION

In view of the goal, we are aiming for, Songhai has taken up the mission to train and produce a critical mass of new human resource pools that are equipped with the right vision, values, and operational capacities. These new groups of human resources will be transformed and equipped differently with a new entrepreneurial culture that will help us navigate through these difficult and challenging times.  

Songhai training, therefore aims at both human development (awakening self-confidence, responsibility, creativity, risk-taking, self-responsibility, openness to others) and economic development (agriculture, animal husbandry, aquaculture, renewable energies, agro-industry with appropriate technologies), all forming an integrated system of sustainable agriculture.

This training system enables the youths to be in charge of their lives because they are equipped with functional capacities to create and manage viable and competitive agricultural enterprises. This they will achieve because they possess a package of skills that makes them competitive and versatile.
